Vitosha Park Hotel - Free Indoor Pool & Parking Sofia, Sofia

My stay at this hotel was quite frustrating overall. The reception staff seemed overwhelmed but managed to be efficient. While I enjoyed the lovely area near the park, the quality of the rooms and breakfast left much to be desired. There were several issues with cleanliness and maintenance that really impacted my experience. Additionally, the high prices for services that should have been included made it feel less value for money.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. The location by the park was a definite highlight, and my room offered a lovely view. However, the service left a lot to be desired; I felt neglected during my stay. While the breakfast was decent, the overall experience was marred by small inconveniences, making it hard to fully enjoy my time here.
